Item arrived damage and webstaurantstore.com wouldn't offer to replace the item. This happens when using cut rate shipping services like FedEx. I was offered a 20% refund and countered with a 30% which was accepted by their representative. After the agent agreed to refund me 30% I was only sent a refund of the lower amount of 20%. I do not recommend this vendor as they're unwilling to stand behind their product when it's damaged by their shipper. I recommend and use UPS for my business as the workforce is compensated more favorably which results in a better shipping & handling experience.

HORRIBLE COMPANY and COMPLETE SCAM! Took $524.46 of my money without ever shipping a product.

Had to dispute the charge with my bank to get any resolution. ASK ME FOR SCREENSHOTS, chat transcripts. I have it ALL!

Spent over 3 hours begging Supervisors in Customer Service to get this product shipped.

1. Order on Wed, 2/28/2024.

2. Writing this on Sat, 3/2/2024. No product shipped, but kindly informed It is in stock and ready to ship in our warehouse.

As of last night, I was charged $524.46 LAST NIGHT for the order, but they still have not shipped the product and cannot give me any timeframe when they will ship it or when it will arrive.

This company is a complete scam. They do not supply the products they claim or advertise on their website.

They do not meet their obligations. Their Customer Service is ABYSMAL at the very best.

Avoid this place at yours and your bank accounts peril!!

I never signed up for your company to take any money out of my account. I never gave that permission and you guys took it upon yourself to have your computer. Go into my account and take over $300. Put my money back now. Do not sign up for this company. $100 is ridiculous for a discount. They don't give discounts. I never used this company and I've paid 3 months in advance for what they trick you and take your money.

Even if the product is consumable, most companies would still allow for returns and just destroy the product. Even Walmart, SAM's, or Costco allow for returns of products that are consumable, they just destroy the product rather than resale it.

Customer service is not a priority for this company. The person I talked with finally gave me a 20% refund but after I basically said that I was going to contact BBB about their lack of support.

But I still have a product that I don't need because it was not what I expected. I never asked to return what I opened, I only asked to return what I have not even opened the box for.

Never received an email, and no tracking number. It is very hard to talk to anyone because all you have to choose from his email or a bot that answers you back through a message system. After reviewing other reviews and the Better Business Bureau, this company looks like a real deadbeat. I don't think I'll ever see my money or the product I ordered. If you do get a message from someone they are very evasive and don't give you direct answers.

Hey Being a first time customer at Webstaurantstore with the great prices, I said, this could be a good thing now when I thought it couldnt get any worse with my experience for the first time with Webstrauntstore even though they chose FedEx to send my product after big miscommunication the second attempt and being a pissed off customer now I physically have to go to FedEx location and pick up this piece myself. I dont really need this crap but still going to try to give them the benefit (that is WebstaurantStore ) ill find out when I pick it up this Friday from FedEx store location if the product came in OK?

Messed up the order

Their website is pretty tough to use but they had a seemingly good price on a product. Shipping cost $20 and I had a different billing address than shipping address. When I got the shipping notification as shipped to my billing address, I notified them that they had made a mistake. They wanted to then charge me a fee for fixing the address. I told them it was their fault and they cant charge me a fee for it. They waived the fee. Of course they sent it the wrong address anyway. 1/10 its a bait and switch for the price and the website + shipping is a -100 process. Never order from this store.

Ordered product and later learned it would take almost a month to receive. I complained then an hour later they pulled money from my Discover account. Next I received an WS email saying my produce had shipped. FedX confirmed to me that WS only printed a label and product had not been picked up. Issue still in process.
